Initial 3-month interim contract to start late July 2025
North London Local Authority
£360 – £390 per day
Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Hybrid working (3 days per week on site)

Reporting into the SEN Service Manager, you will play a vital role in preparing the Local Authority for Ofsted by leading a full data cleanse of SEN case files. This includes creating a consistent, compliant folder structure across all children’s records and supporting the migration to the new case management system. These roles are hands-on and critical to ensuring the authority is inspection-ready and that data is both accurate and audit-proof.

Your Role as SEN Auditor:

• Carry out a full system and case file audit across SEN services.
• Cleanse, organise, and standardise folders and reports to ensure every child record is Ofsted-ready.
• Support the Local Authority’s transition to the new Case Management system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process integrity
  Work to defined standards, deadlines, and inspection expectations.

Your Previous Experience as a SEN Auditor:

• Proven experience within a Local Authority SEN team auditing EHCP case files.
• Strong understanding of compliance and inspection requirements (e.g., Ofsted frameworks).
• Familiarity with electronic case management systems.
• Highly organised with attention to detail, accuracy, and process improvement.
• Able to work independently and flexibility to work on site.
