This local authority is looking for a Consultant to undertake a review of various functions within the council – the focus areas are housing solutions, rough sleepers, domestic abuse, community interventions and the front door.

About your role as an Adult Social Care Consultant

• Perform a review of current service and present your findings along with suggestions for improvement.
• Review to include systems and processes along with commissioned providers service quality.
• Hybrid working

About you as an Adult Social Care Consultant

• Subject matter expertise in housing solutions, rough sleepers, domestic abuse, community interventions and the front door.
• Experience of performing reviews and producing action plans.
• Experience of leading organisation change and transformation.
