We’re delighted to announce that we have appointed Maddison Barry as Executive Delivery Consultant; a first for Baltimore Consulting!
Maddison joined us in August 2022 and has supported more than 100 contractors in finding new roles across the NHS, Social Care and Education.
In her new role as Executive Delivery Consultant, she will continue to support our contractors and clients, but also mentor other delivery members within the team to deliver unparalleled results.
This promotion follows a carefully planned strategic restructure undertaken by the business earlier this year. As part of this ongoing transformation, the company is set to enhance and broaden the scope of services provided to both clients and candidates. A key element of this initiative is the introduction of a dedicated Sales Operations function, which is led by Sales Operations Director, Suzanne Rudd.
The primary objective of this new function is to establish a robust sales delivery and support framework that is closely aligned with the company’s overarching sales strategy. This structure is designed to not only complement the existing sales processes but also to strengthen the company’s ability to service, sustain, and further develop key Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationships. By doing so, the organisation aims to optimise operational efficiency, elevate the standard of client service, and reinforce its commitment to delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
On her promotion to Executive Delivery Consultant, Maddison states:
