Project Manager – Children’s Social Care
6-month interim contract to start ASAP
South West Council
£450 per day
Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Hybrid working (flexible working pattern)
Part-time role – 18.5 hours / 2.5 days per week

Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the implementation and management of a new software solution within the Children’s & Education Services setting, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Your Role as Children’s Social Care Project Manager:-

• Software Implementation: Oversee the setup, execution, and optimisation of the new system.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key teams to drive adoption.
• Change Management: Ensure smooth transition, compliance, and best practices.
• Project Monitoring: Track progress, resolve challenges, and report outcomes.

Your Previous Experience as Children’s Social Care Project Manager:-

• Proven track record in software implementation.
• Subject-matter expertise in Children’s & Education Services.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
