Position: Recruitment Consultant
Experience: 2+ Years (Ideally within Public Sector or Senior Appointments)
Location: Bristol Monday to Wednesday, work from home Thursday (8.30am-5.30pm) and Friday (8.30am with a 3pm early finish)
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Exceptional Incentives

What We’re Looking For:
Driven, consultative, and experienced Recruitment Consultants who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering excellence. You’ll bring:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment (public sector or senior appointments preferred but not essential)
• A consultative mindset with a genuine desire to build long-term relationships
• A proven track record of success in a 360-recruitment role
• A team-first attitude with the ambition to grow and develop
