We are seeking a committed and experienced Team Manager to lead a dynamic multi-disciplinary team working with complex adolescents, including those involved in or at risk of offending.
This key role focuses on delivering high-quality statutory services and interventions through trauma-informed, relationship-based practice. You will manage practitioners responsible for youth justice assessments, safeguarding, care planning, and supporting children in need, in care, or at risk of harm.
 
Your role as a Team Manager – Youth Justice & Adolescent Services:

• Lead and supervise a team delivering Youth Justice and adolescent social work services.
• Oversee high-risk, multi-agency plans and youth offending interventions.
• Drive practice improvement and performance, ensuring compliance with statutory duties.
• Develop strong partnerships with police, education, health, courts, and community organisations.
   

Your previous expierence as a Team Manager – Youth Justice & Adolescent Services:

• A qualified social worker (Social Work England registered) with significant frontline and management experience.
• Expertise in youth justice, adolescent safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice.
• A confident, reflective leader with excellent partnership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage performance, risk, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
