This busy London local authority is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide interim support to its Education Services team, focusing on the MRI (Capita) One system. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting key education processes, ensuring smooth system operation and enhancements.

Your Role as a Business Analyst:-

• Configuration, enhancement, and development of MRI (Capita) One system functionalities.
• Oversight of portal and forms development within MRI (Capita) One.
• Leading change management processes for system improvements.
• Providing strategic support on education infrastructure, funding, and policy development.
• Liaising with local authority teams, schools, developers, and statutory bodies to optimize education service delivery.

Your Previous Experience as a Business Analyst:-

• Extensive local authority experience in education services.
• Expertise in MRI (Capita) One, with proven ability to configure and enhance system functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, Educational Psychology, and School Transport.
• Hands-on experience with MRI (Capita) One portals, including portal and forms development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, bridging technical and business needs effectively.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and reporting platforms to optimize system functionality.
• Experience in leading system development projects and stakeholder engagement.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Education Services support team, focusing on the MRI (Capita) One system. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting local authority (LA) education services, with a deep understanding of processes including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Early Years, Education Welfare, Educational Psychology and School Transport.

This position requires substantial expertise in configuring and enhancing the MRI (Capita) One system, including managing developments and implementing new functionalities, and overseeing change management processes. Additionally, experience with MRI (Capita) One portals, including portal and forms development , is essential.

Essentials:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within local authority (LA) education services.
• In-depth knowledge of processes such as SEND, Early Years, Education Welfare, Educational Psychology and School Transport.
• Strong expertise in supporting and configuring the MRI (Capita) One system, including developing new functionalities, and implementing changes.
• Proven experience with MRI (Capita) One portals, including portal and forms development .
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs effectively

• On and off for a month – it all kicked off within Wokingham and Rob Allerton left under a cloud so nothing really happened. They it is very much live and Charlotte is happy for me to email her once the CVs are uploaded.
