Baltimore Consulting announced as SME award Employer of the Year finalist

We’ve done it again! The team here at Baltimore Consulting are delighted to share the news that we’ve been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year award, at this year’s SME National Business Awards.

This news comes just after we were announced as finalists at the National Business Women’s Awards in the same category.

The SME National Business Awards are an exciting opportunity to support and share in their vision to raise the profile of industrious, hardworking and enterprising SME’s nationally. They’re a sought after accolade of achievement, and a veritable endorsement of success in business, so we are incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for such prestigious awards.

Baltimore Consulting are a big-hearted recruitment business, headed up by Charmaine Vincent, an award-winning business woman and entrepreneur that has fought her way to the very top, despite adversity through gender inequality.

A truly inspiring business leader, Charmaine founded Baltimore Consulting 11 years ago and she has built a hugely successful business with a great reputation for fulfilling Local Authorities’ hiring requirements and becoming an expert in supporting vulnerable subject areas such as Mental Health, SEN & Safeguarding Adults and Children.

Far too often we are led by fear and become our own Achilles heel. Charmaine isn’t afraid of showing vulnerability, she shows up authentically and has proved you can create a reputable, profitable business, without cutting corners and leading with your heart.

She is proof that hard work and a strong will to succeed can get you there, even if you don’t take the most conventional route, and runs a business that empowers everyone to be the best version of themselves and doesn’t believe your personal circumstances should create barriers.

Winners will be announced at Wembley Stadium on 6th December.
