Are you an experienced SEND Officer with a strong track record of delivering statutory EHCP processes? We are seeking 2 x EHCP Assessment Partners and 1 x EHCP Review Partner to provide additional capacity within a busy SEND operational team undergoing significant transformation and improvement. As an EHCP Assessment Partner or EHCP Review Partner, you will manage a dedicated caseload, working closely with families, educational settings and professionals to ensure children and young people receive the support they need through high-quality statutory assessments and reviews.   

Working within a relational practice framework, you will have a key role in building trusted partnerships with families and promoting co-production in line with SEND strategic priorities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly add value from day one.

Your Role as an EHCP Assessment Partner / EHCP Review Partner:

• Deliver statutory EHC assessment and review processes for a dedicated caseload
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families using a relational practice approach
• Co-ordinate multi-agency contributions to support timely and high-quality EHCP outcomes
• Monitor and review EHC Plans, working closely with schools and settings to ensure provision remains effective and relevant
• Maintain accurate case records, performance data and statutory reporting information whilst meeting key deadlines

Your Previous Experience as an EHCP Assessment Partner / EHCP Review Partner:

• Extensive experience delivering EHCP assessments and/or annual reviews within a Local Authority SEND service
• Thorough knowledge of SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice 2015
• Strong understanding of person-centred planning, co-production and inclusive practice
• Experience using Idox Hub and/or MRI Capita ONE is highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance
