I have recently engaged Baltimore Consulting Group to help me with a difficult appointment, I have worked with Baltimore’s Client Relationship Manager previously and following a conversation we arranged to meet up and discuss the position and situation surrounding it. Aster didn’t have any in-house solicitors or legal professionals and I needed to appoint someone to conduct an internal review and then help us make improvements and implement processes to help us have better visibility and control. I was really impressed with Baltimore and they were able to identify four excellent candidates, who all were experienced and very capable of undertaking the role. From this, I was able to identify an excellent solicitor with a social housing background and a good fit for Aster who has been a real asset since joining.
