Who are you and what is your purpose?

I’m Terry – aka Tezza or Tezzer, depending on your level of Bristolian accent! Alongside supporting local authorities with key senior appointments, my role is to guide and support our social care and housing teams here at Baltimore Consulting.

I’m focused on ensuring the best possible service quality for both our clients and candidates. Quite simply, we place the right people in the right roles, providing solutions that truly last.

What has been your greatest achievement (personal or professional)?

My greatest achievement is providing a safe, stable, and loving home for my two daughters.

What advice would you give other leaders out there?

My advice would be to believe in yourself and your strengths. Never change what makes you you. When you stay true to yourself, you can achieve anything you deserve.

Who inspires you? And why?

Men who are good fathers and consistently put their children first. Seeing that level of care, presence, and commitment is something I truly admire — and perhaps it reveals my daddy issues a little more than intended!

What’s your leadership superpower?

I’ve always believed that if something is possible, I can find a way to make it happen, and more often than not, I do! Alongside that, I take real pride in being dependable; when I say I’ll do something, people know they can trust that it will be done.
