You will play a key role in supporting property transactions through accurate and compliant valuations, delivering expert valuation services across housing and property portfolios.

Your work will focus on Right to Buy surveysacquisition valuations, and the preparation of audit packs to ensure transparency and accountability in decision-making.

You must have MRICS and experience of RTB to be considered for this role.

About the Validation Surveyor role:

  • Undertake detailed Right to Buy valuations in line with statutory guidance.
  • Provide robust valuations for property acquisitions, ensuring market accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit packs to support internal governance and external scrutiny.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure valuation integrity and compliance.
  • Maintain professional standards in line with RICS registration and valuation protocols.

 
Your previous experience as a Validation Surveyor:

  • RICS Registered Valuer with demonstrable experience in residential and public sector property.
  • Strong understanding of Right to Buy legislation and acquisition processes.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail in audit documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
