SEND Tribunal & Mediation Officer
12-month Fixed Term Contract (Potentially Longer)

£48,500 per year
Hybrid working (1 days per week on site – some flexibility can be offered though)
Reporting into the SEND Service Manager, you will take the lead on managing and preparing responses to SEND Tribunals and appeals, working closely with legal services, parents, and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, accurate documentation, and strategic case direction across all SEND Tribunal matters.
This is a high-paced, focused role requiring expert knowledge of SEND legislation, tribunal processes, and excellent case management skills. You’ll play a crucial part in protecting the Local Authority’s position in complex and often high-profile cases.
