Team Manager – Adult Social Care
£325 – 375 per day

This busy local authority is looking for additional interim support to assist with the day to day operational running of the adult social care community teams.
 
Your role as a Team Manager
 

  • Management and oversight of multidisciplinary team of social care professionals
  • Overseeing the services that operate within the Local Authority, in a community / locality setting
  • Provide effective management oversight of the service, acting as an SME and a point of support to junior managers.
  • Performance management of the team

 
Your previous experience as a Team Manager:
 

  • You will be experienced managing a front door team within adult social care
  • Good understanding of the Care Act
  • Ideally from a Social worker or Occupational Therapist background
  • You will be willing and able to provide a site presence when required but sensible hybrid working arrangements are in place

 
 
Interviews will be happening via Teams WC 14th April with a start shortly after.
