Synergy Data Migration Officer
£400 per day (Inside IR35)
Full-time | Hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite) London
Initial 6-month contract

We’re working in partnership with a forward-thinking local authority to recruit a Synergy Data Migration Officer to support their SEN Service during a pivotal phase of system migration and transformation.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a data professional with deep, hands-on experience in Synergy—someone who understands the nuances of the platform and can drive data integrity, migration, and reporting with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the quality, integrity, and secure storage of SEN data within Synergy and other systems.
  • Analyse and report on performance indicators and service outcomes using aggregated data.
  • Support the migration to LiquidLogic, including data extraction, transformation, testing, and validation.
  • Build and manage datasets across multiple platforms to support strategic planning and service delivery.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems to meet statutory and operational requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive Synergy experience is essential—this role requires someone who can hit the ground running.
  • Proven success in managing complex data migrations and maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present insights from large datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Experience with LiquidLogic is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
