Baltimore Consulting are seeking an experienced Senior Inclusion Lead to support a South West Local Authority in driving inclusive education and reducing NEET risk across KS4 and Post-16 cohorts. This interim role is central to the council’s Inclusion and Engagement Strategy and wider SEND & AP transformation programme.

Your Role as the Senior Inclusion Lead:

  • Identify students at risk of NEET early using data and professional insight
  • Maintain and monitor a live NEET risk register using attendance, attainment, and wellbeing indicators
  • Coordinate placements into alternative provision and post-16 pathways with robust quality assurance
  • Attend and contribute to TAC meetings, PEP reviews, and safeguarding forums
  • Work directly with schools and providers to improve attendance and engagement, including outreach and home visits

Your Previous Experience as a Senior Inclusion Lead:

  • Strong operational knowledge of KS4/Post-16 education and NEET prevention
  • Proven team leadership and multi-agency working experience
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to inclusive practice and learner-centred support
  • Must be able to work on site as required
