Are you ready to step into a pivotal role driving real impact for children, young people and families? As a SEND & AP Improvement Project Manager, you’ll work directly with senior leadership, supporting the Director of SEND & Inclusion and Programme Manager to turn high‑priority improvement requirements into measurable change. This is a chance to lead on critical project coordination, help shape improvement frameworks, elevate governance, and drive forward transformation that genuinely improves outcomes.

Your role as SEND & AP Improvement Project Manager:

• Lead high‑quality project management, coordinating improvement initiatives from planning to delivery
• Maintain and oversee project plans, risks, issues and progress reporting with accuracy and pace
• Coordinate governance meetings, preparing documentation and tracking key actions
• Support financial administration, including budget monitoring and producing financial reports
• Develop process maps, reports and presentations to strengthen continuous improvement activity

Your experience as a SEND & AP Improvement Project Manager:

• Proven experience working with senior leaders on complex improvement projects
• Strong background in multi‑agency or multi‑disciplinary collaboration
• Confident applying project methodologies, tools and techniques to deliver outcomes
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi‑task and meet deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with the ability to analyse and present data effectively
