As a Regional Education Partner, you will report into the Service Manager for School Effectiveness and Governance, operating with real autonomy while driving measurable improvement across multiple school settings.

Your role as a Regional Education Partner:
• Lead school improvement strategy across a defined region, driving outcomes and strengthening leadership capacity
• Act as a trusted advisor to Headteachers and Governors, offering challenge, support and escalation where needed
• Deliver high-impact quality assurance activities including data analysis, learning walks and performance reviews
• Build cross-system partnerships across education, SEND, safeguarding and wider services
• Shape and deliver a high-quality traded offer, ensuring sustainability and best value
 
Your previous experience as a Regional Education Partner:
• Proven senior leadership experience at Deputy or Headteacher level with a track record of impact
• Strong expertise in data analysis and school performance evaluation
• Ability to lead challenging conversations while building positive, collaborative relationships
• In-depth knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, curriculum, and school improvement practice
• Experience working with governance and multi-stakeholder environments
 
As a Regional Education Partner, you will also take on a specialist focus, influencing practice across the wider system while supporting schools with complex needs, including specialist and alternative provision. You’ll play a key role in embedding a new school improvement model, ensuring consistency, quality and accountability across the region.
