An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resolutions & Tribunal Manager to join a Local Authority SEND service on an interim basis. This is a fantastic chance to step into a newly forming team, help shape its direction, and provide strong leadership during a period of development and change.
About the Role: You will be responsible for managing and supporting a small but growing team, providing expert oversight across resolutions, mediations, and tribunal activity. With new permanent staff joining the service, this role offers the opportunity to embed good practice, build confidence, and ensure high‑quality case handling from day one.
