About the Reintegration Coordinator – EOTAS Officer role:

  • Lead and coordinate the commissioning of bespoke EOTAS packages for children and young people with complex needs, including those with EHCPs.

  • Support transitions into, within and out of EOTAS provision, ensuring continuity and stability.

Your previous experience as an Reintegration Coordinator – EOTAS Officer:

  • Proven experience operating at senior level within SEND, inclusion, alternative provision or high‑needs services.

  • Demonstrable experience managing complex, high‑risk cases and coordinating multi‑agency responses.
  • Experience commissioning or quality‑assuring specialist or alternative provision.
  • Commitment to equality, safeguarding and high‑quality outcomes for vulnerable learners.

The service requires an experienced, trusted senior leader who can provide immediate stability, assurance and strategic direction.
