Your Role as Registered Manager:
• Lead a fully staffed Children’s Residential Home with a strong focus on quality, culture, and positive outcomes
• Become the Ofsted Registered Manager, ensuring compliance, safeguarding excellence, and inspection readiness
• Drive service improvement and development, shaping the future direction of the home
• Work closely with senior leaders, enjoying significant autonomy and influence
• Deliver outstanding care standards whilst supporting and developing a high-performing team

Your Previous Experience as Registered Manager:
• Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care, or a Deputy Manager ready to progress
• Minimum 3 years’ recent experience within children’s residential care in the last 5 years
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
• Ability to meet Ofsted registration requirements
• Passion for achieving positive outcomes for children and leading successful care teams
