As the Project Manager within the housing and homelessness services, you will lead the final phase of a high-impact project aimed at reducing the number of people placed in temporary accommodation in the city. This initiative has been implementing a set of consultant-led recommendations and is now entering a critical stage focused on embedding sustainable change.

This transformative programme includes; a full service redesign, a recruitment drive to build a new, dedicated team and a Process improvements to enhance triage, move-on, and homelessness prevention pathways.
 
Your role as Project Manager – Homelessness Prevention:

• Lead the final delivery phase and ensure a smooth handover to operational teams
• Embed sustainable practices that deliver long-term benefits
• Prepare for and help shape a new phase of work following an upcoming strategic review
• Potentially continue with us to deliver the next wave of improvements

 
Your previous experience as Project Manager – Homelessness Prevention:

• Proven experience in project delivery within public sector or housing/homelessness services
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive progress in a complex environment
