We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in capital delivery and construction to support a diverse portfolio of new and ongoing development activity. This role requires a technically adept professional with hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end project lifecycles across multiple RIBA stages.

This is a critical appointment, with responsibility for ensuring robust delivery of capital schemes, maintaining programme momentum, and coordinating effectively with technical teams and external partners.

About the Project Manager role:

  • Capital Delivery: Lead the successful delivery of major capital projects, ensuring progress across both new initiatives and existing schemes.
    RIBA Lifecycle Management: Manage work through key RIBA stages (0–7), ensuring structured governance, quality control, and compliance throughout.
    Construction Expertise: Operate confidently within construction environments, providing informed oversight and resolving technical risks at pace.
    Project Leadership: Drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring milestones, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.
    Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and visibility.

Your previous experience as a Project Manager:

  • Capital Projects: Proven experience delivering capital and development projects within the built environment.
    RIBA Stage Delivery: Demonstrable experience managing projects across various RIBA stages, ideally 0–7.
    Construction Background: A strong construction background is essential – candidates without this will not be considered.
    Project Management Expertise: Client-side delivery experience with the ability to manage competing priorities and ensure on‑time, high‑quality outputs.
    New Build & Development: Experience delivering new development projects in addition to managing existing asset improvements and School building work is desirable.
