You will be the driving force behind preparing the organisation for one of the most significant pieces of housing legislation in recent years. You’ll work directly with senior leaders, sit across Housing, Legal, IT and Operational teams, and take charge of ensuring the organisation is fully compliant, data‑ready, and operationally aligned for successful implementation.

This Project Manager – Renters’ Rights Act Implementation role gives you the chance to lead high‑profile change, influence strategic decisions, and shape how front‑line services adapt for the future.

Your Role as Project Manager – Renters’ Rights Act Implementation:

  • Lead on programme planning, coordination and delivery to ensure full readiness for the Renters’ Rights Act
  • Drive data intelligence and analysis, ensuring all relevant datasets are robust, accurate and implementation‑ready
  • Assess organisational IT fitness, identifying gaps and leading solutions to upgrade capability
  • Work in close partnership with Housing Legal, IT, and operational stakeholders to align all requirements
  • Oversee risk, governance and reporting, ensuring timely updates and strong cross‑departmental engagement

Your Previous Experience as a Project Manager – Renters’ Rights Act Implementation:

  • Proven background in programme or project management within complex public‑sector or regulatory environments
  • Demonstrable experience using data intelligence to inform decision‑making and operational readiness
  • Strong understanding of IT systems assessment, integration and improvement
  • Experience working with Legal teams and interpreting policy or legislative requirements
  • A track record of driving organisation‑wide change, navigating competing priorities and delivering outcomes at pace
