Job Advert: Programme Manager – Community Development

Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: London based (flexible travel required)
Contract: 3 months (potential to extend)
Start: September 2025

This is an opportunity to join a high-impact programme as Programme Manager, driving strategic initiatives across housing, regeneration, and circular economy projects.

As Programme Manager, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering innovative programmes that support resident wellbeing, employment, and environmental sustainability. You’ll manage a £1M programme budget, oversee community assets, and spearhead circular economy initiatives aligned with a carbon-neutral vision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic programme management across community development and circular economy
• Partnership building with residents, stakeholders, and external funders
• Oversight of employment, training, and wellbeing initiatives
• Delivery of grant-funded projects and social value programmes

We’re seeking a Programme Manager with:

• Proven leadership in housing, regeneration, or community development
• Strong stakeholder engagement and programme delivery skills
• Experience managing multi-functional teams and budgets
• A commitment to equity, sustainability, and resident-led transformation
