This Pay and Reward Specialist opportunity places you at the centre of critical pay, grading and job evaluation activity, reporting directly into the Director of HR & OD and acting as the council’s most senior technical authority in this space.
You will be trusted to lead on the most sensitive and contentious cases, providing professional judgement, assurance and confidence at a time when scrutiny, governance and equal pay risk really matter.
