Reporting into the Housing Systems Programme, you will support a major local authority housing systems programme, focused on the re-implementation of NEC Housing and the enablement of Account Analytics functionality.

About the NEC Housing Developer / Consultant role:

  • Provide specialist expertise on NEC Housing application functionality and underlying data structures.
  • Support solution design workshops, ensuring system configuration aligns with housing business processes.
  • Configure and support the re-implementation of NEC Housing modules across the organisation.
  • Execute and support functional testing, defect resolution, and system validation activities.
  • Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure a successful system rollout.

Your previous experience as an NEC Housing Developer / Consultant:

  • Proven experience in a similar NEC Housing-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience implementing all or most NEC Housing modules.
  • Strong understanding of NEC Housing data structures, reporting, and analytics functionality.
  • Demonstrable experience working within a Local Authority environment (essential).
