Job Title:                           Business Analyst Mosaic
Contract Length:           Initial 6-month interim contract

Pay rate:                            £475 – £500 per day

An exciting interim opportunity with my client in the Home Counties playing an instrumental role in Ofsted readiness and optimising the use of the Mosaic Social Care recording system.

As the Business Analyst for Mosaic, you will work across Children’s Services, ICT, and partner teams to drive meaningful improvements in case management processes and system functionality.

Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will lead the analysis and design of Mosaic system enhancements, ensuring that changes meet operational needs and align with statutory requirements.
Key areas of focus include Group Recording, workflow redesign, and Family Help integration.  

About your duties as the Business Analyst Mosaic:

  • Lead requirements gathering across multiple workstreams
  • Document current and future-state business processes
  • Facilitate workshops with practitioners and subject matter experts
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external suppliers (e.g. The Access Group)
  • Support configuration, testing, and rollout of Mosaic system changes
  • Ensure reporting needs are captured and delivered
  • Maintain RAID logs for assigned areas
  • Act as a liaison between frontline teams and technical delivery
  • Contribute to training materials and go-live planning
  • Ensure alignment with statutory duties, Ofsted readiness, and WBC’s practice model 

  
Your experience needed the Business Analyst Mosaic:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Children’s Social Care Mosaic projects
  • Experience operating with the CLC toolkit for Children’s Mosaic
  • Experience implementing Group Recording & Workflow Design.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Excellent documentation and analytical abilities
  • Understanding of statutory responsibilities in social care 
  • 5 Year’s references and an Enhanced DBS will be required for this position.
