You will be trusted to lead complex improvement activity, challenge the status quo and deliver tangible results that reduce reliance on external placements while strengthening in‑house fostering provision. You will be accountable for progressing time‑critical projects that directly impact sufficiency, quality and value for money. This is a visible role with clear outcomes and the authority to make things happen.
