As the Inclusion Service Manager, you’ll be at the centre of shaping a brand‑new Inclusion Strategy, overseeing key teams delivering behaviour support and inclusion pathways, and working directly with senior leaders to reduce exclusions and improve outcomes for children and young people. You’ll drive the implementation of the new Inclusion Service, influence system-wide culture change, and build city-wide partnerships that make a real difference.
