We’re looking for an inspiring and experienced early years leader to oversee three vibrant local authority-maintained nurseries. This is a unique opportunity to shape high-quality early education and integrated childcare services, ensuring every child gets the best possible start.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive standards, and play a key role in Ofsted readiness – all while managing budgets, supporting staff teams, and working closely with families and professionals.
