You will step into a pivotal role as a Commercial Estates Manager, taking ownership of a substantial and diverse portfolio with a strong emphasis on schools and educational sites. This is your opportunity to lead from the front, implementing innovative solutions, negotiating high‑value agreements, and influencing key senior stakeholders.

Your Role as Commercial Estates Manager:

  • Specialist oversight of schools, education buildings and unique public assets
  • Negotiating leases & licences to drive value and long‑term impact
  • Ensuring compliance across all Health & Safety and statutory obligations
  • Partnering across functions including Legal, Finance, and Regeneration
  • Building trusted relationships with tenants and external stakeholders

Your Experience as a Commercial Estates Manager:

  • Full RICS membership (Valuation or Commercial pathways)
  • Proven experience within Local Government or large public organisations
  • Commercial property management background with hands‑on delivery
  • Expert knowledge of leases, licences and English legal/planning frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills

You must have experience of Schools and Education Assets and be RICS qualified to be considered for this role.
