Location: North West, UK (Hybrid Working)
Pay Rate: £400 – £500 per day
Contract Length: 3–6 Month Interim
Working Pattern: Full Time (2–3 Days Onsite)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
A local council is seeking an experienced Children’s Safeguarding Partnership Business Manager to support its safeguarding agenda and coordinate strategic partnership work. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Quality Assurance, this role plays a key part in strengthening relationships with safeguarding partners and ensuring the objectives of the partnership are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the partnership’s business plan
• Support the delivery of action plans and hold strategic partners to account
• Maintain high levels of partnership engagement
• Contribute to preparation for Ofsted or JTAI inspections

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Business Manager within a Children’s Safeguarding Partnership
• A recognised qualification in Social Care
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Understanding of Ofsted expectations and ability to work at pace
• Must provide two years of references and undertake a DBS check

This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days on-site each week. The ideal candidate will be confident in partnership working and capable of supporting a fast-paced safeguarding environment.
