£400 per day umbrella

Are you a Children’s Services Mosaic Training Expert ready to hit the ground running and lead a full training cycle from needs analysis through to delivery? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you will take ownership of designing and delivering a complete training package, building all materials from scratch and shaping how a diverse workforce engages with the core journey of a child in social care.

You’ll play a central role in aligning training to the whole Children’s Services directorate in line with Social Care reforms supporting a major shift to best practice Mosaic workflows following a service review. If you love walking into complexity and turning it into clarity, this one will excite you.

Your role as Children’s Social Care Mosaic Trainer:
• Lead full Training Needs Analysis and design a complete training programme
• Create all materials from scratch, tailored for varied learner groups
• Deliver training across statutory & non‑statutory workflows, from Front Door to CLA
• Align training to CLC Toolkit workflows and reforms to ensure consistency
• Support the organisation to return Mosaic to its purest, standardised configuration

Your experience as a Children’s Social Care Mosaic Trainer:
• Strong expertise across Mosaic Children’s Social Care workflows
• Deep understanding of the core journey of a child, CIN census, DfE reporting
• Proven ability to deliver end‑to‑end training cycles in complex environments
• Ability to hit the ground running and work at pace in a changing system landscape

• Full references for a five year period and relevant Enhanced DBS
