Up to £400 per day

Interviews set to take place ASAP as they are looking for an immediate start.
 
Responsible for collaborating with the housing and operational teams to focus on long term voids, regular voids and capital works related to damp and mould cases.
 
Your role as a Building Surveyor: 

• Survey and specify capital works on long term voids
• Survey capital works on damp & mould cases
• Focus on the delivery of works through contractors and DLO

 
Your previous experience as a Building Surveyor: 

• Membership of or eligibility for membership of a relevant professional body, eg RICS
• Extensive knowledge of building surveying
• Experience working on long term voids, voids or damp & mould cases

 
You must have 2 years’ experience of working in a Local Authority to be considered the above roles.
