If you’re an experienced Building Surveyor ready to take ownership of a varied and dynamic property portfolio, this role will put you at the centre of safety, compliance, and high‑quality asset management. You’ll be the driving force behind maintenance programmes, capital repair projects over £100k, and smart data-led property decisions. Your role as Building Surveyor:

• Lead on asset compliance, ensuring safety and statutory adherence
• Oversee planned & reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio
• Deliver capital repair projects from procurement to completion
• Manage budgets, contracts, and suppliers
• Maintain and develop property data and performance metrics

Your experience as a Building Surveyor:

• Proven delivery of repairs & maintenance programmes
• Strong track record in contractor & stakeholder management
• Confident in budget handling and procurement processes
• Skilled in digital property systems
• Knowledge of Local Authority operations and ways of working
