Interviews are set to take place ASAP      
 
Under the leadership of the Assistant Director for Housing, Homelessness, and Prevention, you will take responsibility for completing the outstanding Stock Condition Survey work, including progressing two major block refurbishment projects currently in the early stages of development. You will also be responsible for setting up and leading on the Asset strategy for the Council.
 
About your role as Asset Manager:

• Develop and deliver a planned minor and major capital programmes based on Stock Condition and other associated data sets.
• deliver property and service improvements that align with the Council’s climate change and carbon reduction goals.
• To finalise the analysis of stock condition data alongside other datasets, including complaints and strategic documents, and to develop a minor and major capital works programme for the next two years

 
Your previous experience as an Asset Manager:

• Significant Asset Management experience
• Experience of CDM, Contract management and data analysis
• Happy to get stuck in as well as being strategic
• Housing Association or Local Authority experience
