£300-350 per day

Are you an experienced AMHP Team Manager looking for your next challenge? This role offers the opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team of 3–4 AMHPs, overseeing daily workload allocation, supporting service efficiency, and stepping in with AMHP duties when required. We’re looking for a confident manager with substantial Adult Social Care leadership experience, ideally within an AMHP service, who can balance operational oversight with hands‑on support. The role requires occasional travel to the local area (2–3 days per week) and applicants must be professionally qualified and registered with SWE or HCPC.
 
Your Role as an AMHP Team Manager:  

• Line management of the AMHP team 3-4 members
• Responsible for daily workload assignment for the team
• Picking up AMHP work overflow when required
• Ensure the team are working efficiently to provide the best service to local residents
• Able to travel to the local area 2-3 days per week when required

 
Your previous experience as an AMHP Team Manager:  

• Experience within a local authority or similar organisation as an AMHP
• Significant management experience within Adult Social Care, ideally in an AMHP team
• Professionally qualified and registered SWE or HSPC.
