Advisory Teacher for Home Tuition
Day Rate: £330/day inside IR35 via Umbrella company
Location: Northeast London
Immediate start – interim 1 month rolling contract  
 
We are urgently seeking an Interim Advisory Teacher to support a Local Authorities Home Tuition Team, starting 6th October, to cover a period of long-term sickness.
 
Key responsibilities as the Advisory Teacher:

• Deliver tailored teaching to students outside of school settings
• Lead subject development in Maths
• Support reintegration into mainstream education through collaboration and training
• Provide expert guidance to tutors and contribute to service development
• Liaise with families, schools, and professionals to ensure holistic support

 
What you’ll bring as the Advisory Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status and a degree-level education
• Skill set of maths to include Entry Level, PKSS and capacity to stretch up to GCSE Higher
• Able to work onsite 5 days per week in a mixture of school, library and home settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
