Baltimore Consulting again have an incentive policy which is equally achievable for those in the job 6 weeks or 6 years. Our consultants have been to Lisbon, Dublin, Madrid, Monaco, and Marbella as well as various sporting events and Michelin starred restaurants. Our uncapped commission structure means you have an unlimited earning potential and we do not have thresholds. We also offer car, quarterly and annual bonuses.
