We’ve done it again! The team here at Baltimore Consulting are delighted to have won the People Services award at this year’s Bristol Life awards – for the second year running!
The People Services category recognises the work of businesses who put people at their core; those that know how to get the very best out of their most important assets.
We’ve developed a credible business and have literally lived by our core values, even throughout a global pandemic (family, passion, respect, and honesty).
This year, we were also shortlisted for the Civic award. This one has hit differently; the Civic Award highlights the contribution of an organisation which has improved Bristol this year. Some new initiative which makes our city better or commitment to helping develop others, or notable charitable work.
We’re different, we care, we give back, we invest, and we are thought leaders around celebrating difference and showing vulnerability. This is what sets us aside. When we deny our stories, they define us. When we own our stories, we get to write a brave new ending.
Despite adversity, we have been true to who we are and changed the lives of so many within the community in the process.

The Bristol Life Awards are a business highlight of the city. They are the most prestigious, most tightly contested Awards with the greatest number of local companies involved.
Nearly 300 businesses entered this year’s awards, and the winners were crowned on March 16th in a spectacular in-person black-tie gala evening at Ashton Gate in Bristol.
Our story is truly unique, and we are proud of that. It’s part of our DNA.
