Since joining the company in 2022 as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Business Support Manager, Donatienne has become an integral part of Baltimore Consulting’s evolution.

Her ability to create calm in complexity, streamline operational processes, and support colleagues across every level of the business has made her a cornerstone of the company’s growth.
An Evolving Role With Strategic Impact
Donatienne’s transition into the role of Head of Business Operations & Chief of Staff represents a shift from operational coordination to strategic influence. While her previous position focused on ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations, managing workflows, coordinating priorities, and enabling the CEO and leadership team to operate at their best, her new remit expands far beyond the tactical.
As Chief of Staff, she will act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to CEO Charmaine Vincent, helping to align organisational priorities, shape business-wide initiatives, and ensure effective execution across multiple functions. Her role will span operational performance, automation, risk management, cultural alignment, and long‑term scalability. All elements are critical to supporting the company’s continued growth trajectory.
A key aspect of her new position will also involve acting as an integrator between the company’s operational goals and its people strategy. Working closely with the Director of People, Donatienne will help ensure that Baltimore Consulting’s culture, structure, and systems evolve cohesively and sustainably.
