The team here at HQ are delighted to announce that Baltimore Consulting has been shortlisted for the Inspire Award at the inaugural Bristol Women in Business Charter Awards 2026.
This recognition marks an exciting milestone for our organisation and reinforces our long‑standing commitment to championing gender equality, gender equity, and meaningful cultural change within the Bristol business community.
Being named a finalist in the Inspire category is a true honour. This award celebrates organisations that are not only talking about gender equity, but taking real, measurable action to support women in the workplace and influence positive change across the region.
Our shortlisting reflects the work we continue to do, day in, day out, to create an environment where every employee can thrive, feel seen, and feel supported.
Celebrating Progress and Driving Change in Bristol
The awards ceremony will take place on 12th March 2026 at Bristol Museum, where we will join fellow finalists, business leaders, and advocates for equality to celebrate outstanding achievements across the Charter’s signatory network.
The event recognises the top voices, influencers, and organisations who are going above and beyond to advance gender equality in Bristol.
At Baltimore Consulting, we firmly believe businesses have a responsibility to lead by example.
Our work spans specialist areas within the public sector, including safeguarding, mental health, and SEND, and we bring that same people‑first approach to our own culture.
This shortlisting demonstrates the meaningful progress we’ve made in building a workplace where everyone has access to opportunities, feels valued, and is encouraged to grow.
A Culture Built on Values
We’re different, and purposefully so. Our values sit at the heart of who we are and how we work, and our people sit at the core of everything we do. Without our talented, passionate team, Baltimore Consulting simply would not exist. Their dedication, empathy, and drive to create positive outcomes is what shapes our culture, fuels our success, and enables us to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Being recognised by the Bristol Women in Business Charter is not only a celebration of what we’ve already achieved, but a reminder of the ongoing responsibility we carry as a growing Bristol business.
We remain committed to continuous improvement, to elevating women across all levels of our organisation, and to ensuring that gender equity isn’t an initiative; it’s our standard.
We look forward to celebrating with the other finalists in March and remain incredibly proud of the positive impact our team continues to make across Bristol and the South West.
