It’s been another busy year for awards here at Baltimore HQ, and we’re delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year award at this year’s Scale-Up Awards.
This Employer of the Year category recognises businesses that have created stimulating and supportive work environments that put the health and wellbeing of their employees at the heart of everything they do. This is something we are extremely proud of, having won Business Leader’s Employer of the Year award in 2023.
We’re different, it’s part of our DNA; as such, we work hard to achieve the company culture we have instilled here at Baltimore Consulting. We lead with our core values, and our employees sit firmly at the core of everything we do. Without them, Baltimore Consulting would cease to exist.
The Scale-Up Awards celebrate high-growth companies and the entrepreneurs that run them. With the focus on the scale-up sector, the 2024 event will showcase the businesses that have navigated the tough conditions by innovating, creating jobs, achieving growth and supporting their communities and the planet. This prestigious event brings together business leaders from across the UK and world to celebrate success and enterprise.
The virtual announcement will take place on 20th November.
