Baltimore Consulting placed 18th in the list of 100 recruitment companies across the UK.
We were one of two public sector recruitment consultancies to place within the top 20, with just nine businesses focusing on executive professional/public sector recruitment making the list overall.

The Hot 100 report was compiled by Agile Intelligence on behalf of Recruiter to determine which companies are best at leveraging their intellectual assets. This is done by measuring gross profit per employee, indicating how effectively a organisation uses the skills of their people in order to generate a profitable return for stakeholders.
According to Recruiter, “companies emerging strongly from this analysis, especially if featuring regularly, are primarily those that operate the most productive organisation, balancing the need for good, well-trained, directed and motivated staff against the need to minimise costs.”
These results have been recognised off the back of the results during the global pandemic.
The report shows that the recruitment market trends have shifted from a lack of vacancies in a candidate rich pool, to a lack of candidates across a number of sectors during the lockdown period in 2021.
