Charmaine Vincent, award-winning owner and CEO of Bristol based recruitment company, Baltimore Consulting, has been announced on the judging panel at the SME National Business Awards.
Now in their fifth year of celebrating SME businesses across the UK, the SME National Business Awards are recognised as both the most transparent and professionally executed in the market.
Each application is scored by up to 4 different judges from a panel of up to 30 judges, all applications are seen by different members of the judging panel. The judges spend over several hours and score not only their own sponsored category but several others too, in order to ensure transparency.
Charmaine Vincent, of Baltimore Consulting, set up the business to become the Senior Appointment and niche recruitment experts to the Public & Third Sector, with a passion for making a difference to people’s lives within the community.
CEO, Charmaine Vincent, states:
“I’m absolutely delighted to be judging the 2021 SME National Business Awards. The past 12 months have been challenging for most businesses, so judging these awards represents an opportunity to highlight and celebrate those leaders that have truly made a difference. Financial results are one thing, but leading the way with innovation, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and culture and well-being are just a few areas that in my option really set you aside and demonstrate real resilience during times of adversity”.
The business has been on an upward trajectory since founding but have truly come into their own after completing a management buyout in 2018, whereby CEO, Charmaine Vincent, took full ownership of Baltimore Consulting. Since then, the female entrepreneur has won multiple awards and has grown the business to what it is today whilst boasting a 95% staff retention rate.
The final of the SME National Business Awards will take place on Friday 3rd December at the iconic Wembley Stadium.
