Are you an experienced Principal Service Lead, Provider Services ready to lead transformational services that make a lasting difference to children and young people’s lives? This is a pivotal opportunity for a highly visible senior leader to join a Children & Young People Leadership Team, taking responsibility for a broad portfolio including children with disabilities, fostering, residential care and emotional wellbeing services. As Principal Service Lead, Provider Services, you will play a key role in driving service improvement, strengthening operational performance and ensuring the very best outcomes for some of the most vulnerable children and families. 
Your Role as Principal Service Lead, Provider Services
• Provide strategic leadership across fostering, residential provision, placements and children with disabilities services.
• Drive quality, performance and continuous improvement across services.
• Lead on safeguarding excellence, statutory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Champion the voice of children and young people and embed excellent corporate parenting.
• Develop strong partnerships across health, education, police and wider system partners to deliver outstanding outcomes and value for money.

Your Previous Experience as Principal Service Lead, Provider Services
• Qualified Social Worker with substantial Children’s Social Care leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering service improvement in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of fostering, residential services, placements and disability services.
• Experience leading large-scale operational services with a focus on performance and safeguarding.
• A visible, authentic and ambitious leadership style with the ability to build high-performing partnerships and teams.
