As a Senior Data and Performance Analyst, you will work closely with senior leaders, providing meaningful insight that directly influences outcomes across key People services.

Your Role as Senior Data and Performance Analyst
• Lead and oversee data analysis, performance reporting, and insight generation across your designated service area
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, management information reports, and self-service analytics tools
• Present performance trends, risks, and opportunities to Senior Management Teams and Boards, supporting informed decision-making
• Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and performance management through collaboration with operational services and IT teams
• Utilise your expertise in SQL, data warehousing, Adult Social Care reporting, and large-scale datasets to deliver innovative analytical solutions

Your Experience as Senior Data and Performance Analyst
• Strong experience working with large and complex datasets within a public sector or similar environment
• Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, with the ability to build impactful reporting solutions
• Knowledge and experience of Adult Social Care statutory reporting and performance frameworks
• Strong understanding of GDPR, data governance, and working with sensitive information
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders
