This is a critical opportunity to take ownership of service improvement, growth and innovation at pace. As Interim Fostering Improvement Lead, you will report into the Head of Service for Corporate Parenting and work closely with a newly formed Sufficiency Board, holding real influence over strategic delivery, operational change and future capacity planning.   This assignment is all about momentum. You will be trusted to lead complex improvement activity, challenge the status quo and deliver tangible results that reduce reliance on external placements while strengthening in‑house fostering provision.
