Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership position as our new Service Manager – Targeted Help?

You’ll take the reins of a high‑impact service, leading multiple managers and alternatively qualified practitioners who deliver intensive family support. This is an exciting moment to join as the team evolves under national reforms, giving you the platform to drive real change, embed strengths‑based practice, and shape the future of early help. Your Role as Service Manager – Targeted Help:

• Lead and manage a high‑performing multidisciplinary workforce
• Provide professional oversight across family help practitioners and social workers
• Ensure full compliance with the Children Act, Care Act and Working Together 2023
• Drive service improvement through performance, QA and workforce development
• Strengthen partnership working for effective, timely support

Your Experience as Service Manager – Targeted Help:

• Strong background in senior social work leadership
• Skilled in delivering impactful family support in complex, high‑need environments
• Confident leading teams through change and national reform
• Demonstrable experience of safeguarding and early intervention practice
• Qualified social worker with resilience, creativity and compassion
